hi there,
this was the fourth time we have seen Grace and have enjoyed them so much! grace and the band just seem to get better as time goes on...
PROBLEM i had was this: i purchased what i thought would have been the best seats in the house at the PNC Pavilion in Cincinnati..
when i arrived there was a mic and camera set up right in front on me blocking my view of the stage! it was real cheap equipment and was not part of the GPN stuff.. it was brought in by two men that decided they would block our view and record the show.. i asked them to move it to a different location and they refused to move it. i then brought over security to have them remove the set up... security said they were with the band and had permission to set up and record. at this point the two men said they were going to stand up and block our view all thru the performance and that is just what they did! even tho i had the best seats in the house i could see nothing! the one rude man standing in front of me was abut 6 foot 5 inches tall and very wide! i could see nothing...
as much as i wanted to take care of this issue myself i used great restraint and did nothing to erupt the performance... maybe i will see these two guys another time!
my seats were in section 101 row B right in front of the pit area. the jumbo trn was close but so out of foucus ... i did take pictures of the tow guys and there equiptment..
i waited two months to see this performane and bought real good tickets.. i bet the two low lifes in front of us didn't even purchase there tickets.
my point is why would Cincinnati Pavilion allow this to happen, not to mention the fire hazzard caused by the equiptment set up in isle blocking the path for emergency exit.
i am sure grace would not have allowed this type of thing to happen.. grace is all about her fans and having fun... i feel like the PNC Pavilion in Cincinnati really let me down. and what security!
thank you

They were not with GPN, and security should have removed them from the venue. You should complain to the venue as it's their responsibility to make sure their security staff are responding to these types of issues. GPN allow audience audio recording only but tapers are required to make sure their equipment does not interfere with the view of any audience members.

I am sorry that your experience was marred by a few extremely unprofessional tapers.

9/10/2011 PNC Pavilion provided us with ticktes to see The Script... Really the best seats in the house! the Script were amazing... Nashville-based pop-rock band SAFETYSUIT was the best... what a night.. Thank you PNC Pavilion
