Very Good sound in the Ballroom, This recording is one of the better ones I've pulled. Almost sounds like a baord!

i posted this on the now buried mountain jam thread-it is worth repeating here, for anyone DLing the Cleavland show-

JT/NY's recording of GPN @ Mountain Jam (6-4-10) is super crispy for an outdoor venue! it sounds like a soundboard/audience matrix. and the set was smokin, a def keeper!


as 4 cleavland, between the setlist, the bday, and the TAPER saying its a gem, that one is a no-brainer.

Hey thanks JT/NY. I was hoping this show would make it out. It was the third time that I saw GPN and was definitely a great performance. I brought a group of 8 people with me to this show and they were all blown away. Thanks again, it is nice to have this one on the i-pod.

I brought a 4 newbies to the show with me. We were in Ohio working about 50 minutes out. Weve been listening to the show since. The guys are walking around singing GPN now, Its great. :) I have been experimenting with my deck, Different Venues, Different settings, This one I think I nailed. Very Powerful, Crisp recording. Got to give some compliment to their Sound guy Sam though too, It really did sound GREAT for the amount of time they had for set up and sound check.
