Have seen some of her interviews and she's as open and genuine as Grace . . . plus it's pretty hard not to love a gal who says 'snot' in a Grammy acceptance speech. ;)

Good to hear about the new album and get some of the song titles. It's exciting that there was collaboration with Dan Auerbach. I saw the Black Keys in 2010 and was impressed by their musicianship.

Thanks for posting Adele's acceptance speech, toofar. I went to tv's blue screen when Nicki Minaj was performing (couldn't watch), and it lulled me to sleep. Didn't see anything after that, but was recording straight to dvd so I have it - plus two hours of whatever was on afterwards.

Kind of hoping they do Rams Head in Baltimore again. Enjoyed that venue more than 9:30, but may have just been me! I'm guessing this time next year, they're in a bigger venue!

Also Re: the mtnweekly review (Nice find, Mark!) - I got a kick out of our Dino Martini throwing out the baseball "5-tool player" analogy in the comments section. Really appropriate because a ballplayer's worth is judged by how well he or she can either run, throw, catch, and hit for power or consistency - the various skills necessary to make an impact on the field. Rare and wonderful is the legit Five Tool Player, who excels at everything. And while not everyone may be familiar with the term, I've thought the same thing as Dino for awhile now. Just funny to see someone else present it that way....

And typing this while watching the Red Sox and Phillies on Fox Sports, I almost believe they were using "Never Go Back" as bumper music going to break.

A big thanks to the band, their management and the record label for working to get this available. Seems like there are many instances with bands throughout the years where the legal entanglements with festivals and such hold these things up.

From the various Youtube videos, this seems like one gem of a concert. Gonna have to get it in addition to the Deluxe version. Expensive for us, but obviously not a bad marketing plan for album sales. :p

Yes, it just has an extra disc which is the DVD.

Over the weekend finally got a chance to dive into the full Facebook stream after only catching the new songs here and there via videos of live performances until now. Really impressed with the eleven song string - esp since it usually takes a number of listens to get familiar enough to figure it out. And for me, while it's not the most ambitious song on the album, I'm digging Parachute Heart because it nails the Pure Pop groove dead center. Looking forward to checking them all out live very soon, and Say Grace, a 2012 breakout performance of Mr. Columbus would be truly epic and welcome also.

looks like TLTBTB CD+DVD is still in stock, as well as the NBTW CD+DVD...both Best Buy exclusives. If you just need someone to pick it up and send it to England, PM me and maybe we can work something out.

the other Best Buy exclusive, the self-titled GPN album CD+DVD, is long gone (that one was tough to get hands on even for many of us here in the United States, right when it came out)
