Nate, I just read your reply about the BB combo. The problem is, the product they sent to fill the backorders DID NOT have the DVD. I dont think they had any disclaimers i.e. "while supplies last" etc on the order page. So everyone who ordered this and was not lucky enough to get the cd/dvd combo from the first batch, only got a CD. If you call BB customer service its like talking to the 3 Stooges....no one there has a clue.

I got one of the first ones but I ordered another copy of the DVD combo, but only got the CD.

Others, who ordered later only got the CD when the order page clearly said "Best Buy Exclusive".

So, is there any way you could help us all out here??

Hate to be the barer of bad news but there's nothing we can do. It's a Best Buy issue. We don't have any control over retail. We just write and record the music.
