Heading out shortly ... no one going?
No one?
Seeing them as a headliner tonight has me stoked ... I love my dose of 1.5-2 hours of GPN vs. the 45 mins to 1 hour as an opener ... ready for a great mix of old and new.
If anyone from the band or crew are reading the boards .... please, please, please bring me some "Lose Some Time". Yet to see it live, and heading into show #6 ... one of my all time favs.
Thanks!

Great Show last night ... from the old stuff like Joey, Ah Mary, NBTW, Big White Gate, and (thank you!) Lose Some Time, through to the new stuff like Oasis, Medicine, Paris, Goodbye Kiss, etc. I just love this band!
See ya all next time around ... Turner Hall in Milwaukee???

I was there, drove up 3 hours for it. If you were there you likely saw me, I was in the red plaid shirt dancing front row and then climbed onto a friends shoulders a couple times. Amazing show, I didn't want it to end.

Welcome to you - thanks for checking in here would have love to have seen me a live show for sure. I'm thinking you've got to get your local Wisconsonites on board here with us!! Glad to hear that you liked the show - did you happen to get a set list - or do you care to share what your favorite moment of the evening was?
Can you tell it's been a while since I've seen a show? looking for that vicarious thrill here!! ; ^ )
that's sweet u got "lose some time" after asking for it here, very cool...i have often wondered who and how many people actually read the banter on this forum. i guess more than i thought. "lose some time" now there is a treat. i am also curious about the rest of the show

hell yeah, I remember you ... I was a little over from your toward the speakers on Benny's side, right in front of Cat!!! Great time.
we didn't get Lose Some Time ... I was a little drunk at the time, I confused it with Treat Me Right.
Highlights for me ... Treat Me Right was sweet, love the acoustic sets mid show. I always love Joey and NBTW. From the new stuff, Oasis just mesmerizes me! Goodbye Kiss is just a fun little diddy.
The entire show was outstanding ... can't get enough ... I love this f'ing band!
BTW ... we had dinner and too much wine, before the show at a little Italian place next door. Matt, Cat and Scott all ate there and hung out for a bit.

Yea I definitely will if they do. I thinking of trying to make the Chicago show on the 4th of December. They played in my town Davenport, Iowa in August. So great, late night summer show outside on the rivers edge.
Ha, and thanks for the compliment. Love GPN. Great dancing music.

It's hard to pick one thing, the highlight for me tho was Medicine. They stretched it out more. Also hanging out with them after the show by the tour bus was a lot of fun. Genuinely nice people.
