"I saw you last time you opened for the Avett Brothers at The Pageant, and I think you really won the crowd over with your energy. Do you remember anything about that show?"
"Oh, of course I do, that was a really killer night. On that tour, every single show just kind of ramped up more and more, and we felt we were earning the respect of some real music fans. You have to keep in mind, The Avett Brothers are not an easy act to step in front of; opening for them is daunting, because they are so good and so energetic. So, we wanted to step up our game, because we wanted people to know that, even though we don't exactly make the same kind of music, a great music fan will see past that and fall in love with the band itself. "
