Two of my oldest memories are of watching pro football with my family and listening to rock & roll. In the last three weeks I have watched the NFL playoffs shape up and I have been exposed to some of GPN's work...and I see different aspects of the exact same thing.
Synergy. I'm sure it's been a long road to get to this point, but....you're there.
It is easy to recognize, whether you are watching or listening. Everything clicks and the sum becomes greater than its parts. The ball bounces your way or the exact right lyric or note falls into place. When you are witnessing synergy, you can tell that if they keep it up.....well, I'll go ahead and say it....Hall of Fame.
I am deeply heartened by reading the Band's thoughts on each other. The level of joy and respect they seem to enjoy by creating and performing together reassures me that we lucky fans are in for a glorious and long journey with them.:cool:
I cannot wait to see them live! PLEASE COME TO HAWAII!!!!!!!
