Warren Haynes Band in Macon, Georiga 11/9/2011

So pumped to get seats to see The Warren Haynes Band in the historic Cox Capitol Theater in downtown Macon. Saw GPN there back in May and can't believe that we get the chance to see Man in Motion here.

I saw The Warren Haynes Band in Charlotte, NC and it was awesome. And watching Warren play guitar in person doesn't compair to watching videos.

Never got around to posting about WHB show last week but it was fantastic. The only times I've ever seen Warren play live was with ABB and while he smokes it he always had his game face on. Taking care of business, not very animated or intimate with the audience. WELL last week in the small confines of the beautiful Capitol Theater he was all about interacting with the audience, smiling, laughing, signing set list and freaking having a good time. The band is terrific and Alecia Chakour on vocals... wow wow wow.
Great show, came on stage at 8:30 and walked off at 11:55.
Heck they even broke out Mothers Finest "Baby Love".... that is some good ol funk

Was my third show there also, GPN, Blackberry Smoke and WHB. It is a wondeful venue, great acoustics and not a bad seat in the house. I couldn't believe it wasn't sold out, close but not quite. GPN did sell it out in May.
