Haven't checked back but wanted to find Gary Clark, Jr.'s solo to post too .. maybe the best I've seen him perform .. and I've watched everything I can find.
Do not miss this on PBS Monday night ...
btw .. they were filming during the stream .. we could hear director comments and saw a couple of re-starts .. curious to see the "finished product".

If I were to make a list of videos I would be least likely to watch let alone share, I'm pretty sure a ukulele version of the theme from Shaft would be on it.

This one may only be a "gem" to me, but, since I was listening to one of my favorite Matt Andersen songs , I thought I'd find a video and drop it off.
I've been keeping track of this Canadian blues musician for a few years. It's been nice to see Matt start to get awards in his country recognizing him as a truly talented singer/songwriter.
Even though he hails from a town in New Brunswick (Canada) that is just across the border from me, I had never seen him perform live until the Fredericton Jazz & Blues Festival that GPN played in 2010.
To put it very mildly ... Matt live is a good thing !

Not only a beautiful song by an amazing artist but a truly great video as well. The new record by "Cold Specks" came out this week. Sadly, it will probably be lost in the crowd. Maybe if the 300 million people who thought Adele was great were open to actually listening to music they'd respond to this but . . .
So grateful you posted this here. It truly is beautiful, like so many things you have introduced to so many of us. Where would we be (at least I) musically without you? One shudders to think of it. The video is breathtaking as well, with many pictures stirring memories. Thank you, and I’ll be looking up more Cold Specks for sure.

Watched Phish's double set via the Bonnaroo livestream (it was fantastic btw) and this was a very cool extra treat .. just love it when music legends play together
Kenny had a tent packed full of mostly young people giving him lots of love during his own set earlier too.
