Hi,
I'm a new Kindergarten teacher at Richford Elementary School and thought it would be AWESOME if we could set up an interview/guest speaker date with you via Skype (or something similar). Our entire school (K-6) does quite a bit of work with poetry, music, and communities & careers and I feel like it would really hit home for a lot of the students if they could hear from a real-life idol on what it takes to get where you are today. They would love to hear how you involve reading and writing in what you do, as well as all of the fun traveling experiences you all have had.

I know that Grace Potter is originally from VT, and is very proud to support local VT companies. We are a very small school in a small town called Richford, VT - about a mile south of the Canadian border, in a very low-income area. I think that if we could set up a day and time (maybe an hour long, max) for our students to ask a few questions, it will really motivate them. (Plus, I'm a huge fan of your music - I have been ever since I heard/saw/met you at Johnson State College about 8 years ago! You are amazing.)
