Well I finally broke down. I didn't get the disk at a record store, which was the point of it - to visit your local store. I struck at with the local records stores, and I couldn't wait any longer to purchase at a show, so I bought 2 copies from a dealer on-line and it came today. This is an incredible CD! Recorded I think in 2008 when Brian was with the band and they were producing some seriously good stuff. I hope Brian is getting some royalties on this release. I'm so happy now... love these songs. I even like this version of One Short Night better. This is not the B side stuff - this is A+++++....and to think there is more good stuff coming in June!

think Bull Moose and Newberry Comics were mentioned as possible sources in this thread .. both have bricks and mortar stores in addition to selling online so if you ordered from one of them you still observed the spirit of Record Store Day

Bull Moose in Bangor still had a few on the shelf, if anyone else is hunting let me know

I think this is the CD that I want to buy more of and give as gifts. Its what I would want someone to have who has never heard GPN before. This CD has great songs with great lyrics. I really hope they throw some of these songs in their headliner sets this summer.
