Live Material On iTunes

I was wondering if the live material ( Live at the Fillmore (songs and video), iTunes Sessions, and the Live at Sirius Studios) that is on iTunes will ever be made available for iTunes Stores outside the US (the Netherlands in particular ).
The studio albums are also unavailable on iTunes, but I have been able to import those , but because the live material has never been released on a hard copy I haven't been able to get my hands on any of these things...so I'm hoping that this is will one day be made available for the rest of the world.

I hope so too. Unfortunately the world of international distribution is far more complex than it may seem (and perhaps than it needs to be).
